Pills everywhere

I love the long tails on these. They look great untucked under vests. However they wear out quickly, getting pills the entire length of the arms after only two wearings. I tried shaving them off but it just tangles up the sweater shaver. Maybe if the material was a slightly different thickness? The seller cancelled my order for two more. I guess I'm grateful they did. Don't recommend.
