I purchased this for use in a turkey sausage recipe that calls for equal parts of red and green bell peppers. This product is easy to rehydrate and tastes great in my sausage and other dishes. I now don't need to purchase fresh bell peppers and have waste if I don't cook them fast enough. These dried peppers are a great product!
