This is a Christmas gift for our 10 yo granddaughter so I cAn only give my impression of this so far. I like that it has a wood base, (not all of them do) and a thick padding covered in a quality canvas. I think she will like it The only thing is, it's a floor beam but I bet her dad could make stands for it especially having the wood base
