  • COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

With winter coming (and the prospect of cold floors) I finally decided to pull the trigger on one I had been eyeing on Rugs.com. The coolest part was the ‘ See This Rug In My Room ‘ feature! All you do is take a pic of your room and the rug shows up in the pic and you can move it around! I loved playing with this feature! It also really helped someone like me that finds it hard to “see” pieces in my room before I buy them. I wish all stores had it, it would save folks a lot of time and money. I received the rug in 2 days- and it looks EXACTLY like it did in the pic! And the 8x10 rug I ordered was a little over 100.00! Great job Rugs.com!
