The perfect rain hat!

Walking the dogs in the sideways rain and wind of the PNW used to be a cold, wet and arduous chore until the Seattle Sombrero! Waterproof and with it securely fastened to your chin, no worries about it blowing away and your neck stays dry. excellent hat!
