I caught this unit on a major sale and thought even though it's off brand it's a great sale so I got it. The shipping was fast and when the unit arrived there wasn't one scratch or dent anywhere. So far this thing runs like a 1979 Cadillac and by that I mean great!! I'd recommend over and over. I got the 12,000 and it's awesome!

For some reason, I have had to replace my 12,000 BTU AC unit every 2 years. The first one was good, Second one a little louder but, this one is way quieter than all three previous . And, it stays cooler and runs less. I am extremely pleased with this unit. I hope it lasts more than 2 years. PS, My first one lasted 5years.
