Physician' Choice Eye Health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking them for a couple of years as a preventative supplement. I have been diagnosed with Glaucoma. I'm assuming they are helping, although I don't notice any difference, but I don't think the Glaucoma has increased; and I stand on the belief that God is healing me.

Seems effective in reducing computer eye strain
I've been using this AREDS product for the past 3-4 months, and I am pretty sure that it is helping my vision. I work hours in front of a computer screen, and at night when I close up my computer, I've had problems in the past with a big red spot in the center of my visual field that lingers for maybe 15 min or so. Since I've been using AREDS this has been greatly reduced. The red spot is much, much lighter and in fact I don't notice it. I have to intentionally think about checking whether it's there, in order to notice an almost absent red spot. So I plan to keep using this product to protect my vision.
