Easy to unpack, remove the battery tape, charge, pair and use. These are great to listen to audio books and podcasts with, they fit over the ear canal but not in it. These are so much more comfortable than earbuds. The call quality is better than my friends $200 pair. I am very impressed. I forget I am even wearing them sometimes. I am thrilled. The earbuds would always fall out whenever I talked, chewed or more...I think I have a smaller than average ear canal. I haven't had any complaints about external noise, and it hasn't bothered me on my end. Music sound great even though it sits on the outer ear. I like the charging case it comes in as well. I haven't tested the twist lock, or understand it perhaps. But I just adore these.
