This is a soft pillow that has great support for your head. I would mainly recommend it for side sleepers, but it's not too bad for back sleepers. I would give it a 4.5/5 if I could. The reason for the .5 star deduction was because of two factors: 1. It had a very slight smell to it (likely because of the packaging) that went away after cleaning it. 2. It is slightly more firm than my old memory foam pillow (I got used to it by the 2nd night). Overall, it is comfortable and has a nice, soft cover.
