Do not Come Assembled and they are difficult

I like topfill waterers. I have over 30 rabbits at times and it is hard to hold a large water bottle in one hand and pour with the other. I have had these type waterers in the past and was pleased with them but those came ready to hang. These do Not come ready to hang. You have to screw the nozzle part into the tank. It is not easy, I have at this point been working on trying to make the hole little bigger for 10 minutes. Frustrating. No instructions either. It would be nice to know if this washer goes on the inside or the outside of the tank. Not to mention the first time I ordered these they sent the wrong thing!
