The AccuRelief Universal Supply Kit (Model ACRL-0031) is designed specifically for use with AccuRelief transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators (TENS) and electrical muscle stimulators (EMS) units. It has eight sets of two reusable snap electrode pads with two lead wires. The snap electrodes make it easier to attach and detach from the lead wire connection. Lightweight, flexible electrode design shapes to almost any part of the body. Each pad is reusable for up to 30 times. Clinically proven for safe and effective pain relief concerns.

Instructions
Care and Storage Tips: Note: The life of the electrodes varies depending on skin conditions, storage temperature and the amount of use, type of stimulation and stimulation site. Keep all packaging for storage purposes. When removing the electrodes from the protective film or from the skin, gently peel from the corner of the gel pad. Do not remove by pulling on the snap-on wire, as this may damage the wire. Between uses, store the electrode on the enclosed protective plastic film and inside the original resealable plastic bag. If electrodes begin losing adhesion, gently run one or two drops of water onto gel surface to extend usage. If adhesion is not improved, replace with new electrodes. Store in a cool, dry place (41.0 degrees F - 80.6 degrees F).
