So far so good!!
I started taking these less than a month ago so I can't truly attest to noticeable benefits yet however I have not noticed any negative side effects. Mushrooms are so healthy for you and I love the ingredients in these vitamins. Plus, they are easy to swallow and better than having to drink mushroom coffee lol

I am shook by how beneficial this product has been! This supplement has provided me with a vast range of nutritional benefits AND immune-health support. During the cold winter months when my immune system is a little more affected, I have been taking this to help kick it into gear! It also has some qualities that are known to suppress appetite and promote fat burning. I have also noticed improved gut health with this product!
