10" Premier Forged Slicing Knife - Walnut

Made from the very best German Steel, our full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods and acrylics are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.

The Slicer is perfect for carving large meats such as turkeys, roasts or ham. The straight edge eliminates shredding as you slice your meat.
