I usually buy Pow, Ancient Harvest pasta. I thought I would try Banza for a change. Their ingredients differ. Banza has a Good consistency, texture, and flavor. I Would buy it again.

Turned out great to my surprise.
The package says boil for 9 minutes but I did it for 10 or 11 minutes with a little oil (to keep pasta from sticking and boiling over as much) while it boiled and texture turned out perfect for mac n cheese. I was skeptical when I saw the liquid sauce packet but put it in and stirred and the mac n cheese is perfect taste. It is actually really good. I got it since it is supposedly better for you than regular pasta and I imagine it is since it is pasta made out of chickpea but it still has quite a bit of fat etc from the cheese sauce. Maybe next time I should only eat one cup serving like it says instead of eating all three cups prepared it comes with haha. I was happy that it tasted so good; didn't have to add any seasoned salt, butter, or milk. The price paid is a little over the top at $3.99 each even for "premium" that uses different pasta. But probably worth it since they got the pasta to come out the right texture (as long as you try the pasta at 9 minutes and then do more time if wanting it more tender) and the cheese sauce is way better than all the other liquid sauce packets I've tried.
