I PURCHASED TWO OF YOUR GO HEAT CORDLESS HEATING PADS ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO IN DECEMBER 2023, LAST NIGHT I CHARGED BOTH BATTERIES AT THEY ONLY LASTED LESS THAN 2 HOURS, HOW CAN I PURCHASE ONLY THE BATTERIES?

Battery cannot be charged after 3 uses

I used this 3 times since I bought it last winter and the battery is now flashing green and cannot be charged. I refuse to buy a new battery after having only used this 3 times. This product is now useless to me.

Worst product

I have looked on all the websites available for replacement batteries, there are NONE available. You cannot find one anywhere! If I had known any of this information, I would have gone elsewhere. Not happy at all and will never recommend Sunbeam
