The mild Rani curry is not spicy. For us we need a stronger curry flavor. I kept adding curry but it wasn't spicy enough. So needed to find a spicy, stronger curry. Others like “hot and spicy Rani curry powder”. ) This mild curry by RaniI am reviewing is authentic flavor genuine Indian curry! I recommend “Rani Mild Curry Powder”for the mild tastebuds. I added it with chicken sautéed and some half and half with low sodium chicken bouillon powder and water. Also adente' lightly cooked sliced honey crisped apple 2. Added 1 tablespoon Rani curry powder. Season with salt and black pepper; add water and teaspoon flour if needs thickening. I added extra curry powder and put sauce over seasoned chicken cooked in its juices wthh black pepper, paprika, annd chicken bouillon powder( low sodium.). paired with Jasmine rice and green string beans, al denote'cooked. A little sliced Avacado on the side. Just an idea found in my old cookbook. Do your thing. Again this curry powder is delicious and not spicy just smooth and rich but mild. I am still looking for smooth rich more potent curry powder. But this is mild very best I have yet!!
