Prime Z690-P DDR5 LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard

I purchase it as part of a barebones system. I am a developer, and I am a DBA. The mother board and its 3 M.2 slots I was worried would be a little warm, I run 2 Terabyte drives, to my surprise it has stayed in the 30s, all of it. I am running an Intel Gen 12 I7-12700k, it is DDR5 and I have a single chip 32 Gigabyte module. I keep my systems on high power and the average day is 15 hours, I also run HyperV machines for customers. A little space between the memory slots and the processor would have been great, as I do water cool, and the tubes need to go somewhere. So far it has run great.

It's a nice motherboard, got all the ports you could want on an itx motherboard, the only thing I didn't get is why the pcie 5th gen when there are no available slottable items on the market, people call it future proof, some might see it as a way to pull up the price of the product .
