I've been taking turmeric for 7 years on a daily basis. To avoid liver issues that may surface with overuse the soft gels work better for me. It allows me to take half the recommended dose (1 soft gel) instead of 2 high dose capsules. It works just as well if not better than the capsules. Plus, I like that it's made in the USA.
