The hip seat takes so much pressure off my back and shoulders, which I really appreciate, especially on longer outings or when I'm just trying to get things done around the house. I love that the hip seat can be used on its own, so I can switch things up depending on what we're doing. My little one seems comfy too, which is a win. It's really easy to use, the straps are adjustable, and I can get it on and off by myself. The pocket on the hip seat is a nice bonus, I can slip my phone, keys, or a pacifier in there, which is super handy when I don't want to carry a bag I'd definitely recommend it to any mom looking for a solid baby carrier that won't kill your back.

The waist band on the hip seat was comfortable to wear. I could see some smaller waist people not being able to get it tight enough to stay up completely without drooping a little bit. It fit me pretty good right at the smallest setting which is okay because grandma really likes to use this and is a bigger help to her anyways. The whole thing is nice quality. I like that the seat has rubber grippers on it so it helps my kid stay better in place without sliding off so easily. I also like the pocket to store any small items or valuables. I wish the buckle was black like the rest of the seat so it isn't so noticeable that you are wearing something. It does help alleviate a lot of the child's weight. Overall, this is an effective, cost efficient way to save strain on your back and arms which is priceless because kids are freaking heavy!
