I was looking for microwavable coffee mugs. Somehow, these gorgeous mugs ended up in my list. They looked cute. When I received them %26 opened the door, I was extremely happy with the design %26 coloring. They are actually blue and lavender (not purple). Due to the fact they aren't microwavable, I was able to keep 1 of each color for myself and give the other 2 to a close friend. We both love big cups with big handles like these are. However, they only hold up to 15oz tops, that's to the rim.

Easy grip, soft and long handles of the Thyme and Table mugs are a unique feature I haven't seen in other coffee mugs, the feel of the handles is wonderful, and the overall feel is more solid than any other coffee cups I''ve had in my lifetime. I love the color glazed ceramic interiors , soft feel handles, and highly artistic, beautiful artwork patterns on these mugs. I've previously given the mushroom pattern (beautiful green with orange mushrooms and gold highlights) as gifts and intend to do the same with these floral and butterfly patterned Thyme and Table soft-grip mugs! Solid, sturdy mugs!
