We discovered these when my husband, who's in a wheelchair, was in the hospital and the nurses used one on his sore (caused by him, not the staff). They protected the sore better than anything we've tried and they stay on until we decide to take them off. Use skin prep wipes on delicate skin to keep the adhesive from causing damage when you're pulling them off.
