This product was a piece of garbage! First and only time using after receiving it, parts fell out and other parts wouldn't even fit! The way the beaters are positioned puts it right up against the side of the bowl which was a huge red flag, but I ignored it and proceeded to use it. After snapping the beaters into the machine and using for a few seconds to beat a light batter, one of the beaters flew out. I reattached it and again it popped out (making a huge mess). I wondered if it was just that beater, so I got out the corresponding dough hook beater and guess what? It would not even fit into the hole; the end was too big. I cleaned everything and returned it for a full refund. It was upsetting because I was making a special birthday dessert and it was ruined. DO NOT BUY!
