Small baking set

Have only used once so far but worked very well, live that it fits in my toaster oven so I don't have to turn on my big oven, prefer the lighter color as opposed to dark ones as I find things got overdone or burnt with those

Why wouldn't they make the top fit securely?

I'm a huge fan of Nordic Ware's larger sheet pans and baking pans with snug plastic lids, which make it easy to cook and then transport or store food. Have a lot of them, and use them frequently. I bought two of these toaster-sized sets specifically to make it easier to bake a batch of muffins, put half (1 of the 6-muffin tins) directly into the freezer, and then store the remaining 6 covered on the counter until eaten up. But the tops just sit or float on the pans -- they don't snap, the way larger Nordic Ware's similar pans and tops do! Why?????? A mystery. :( :( :( That said, this is still the best available choice for small muffin pans with tops, which was my goal. And the tiny baking pan, the sheet pan and the little rack fitting either one (all of which 'fit' the top, too, if you call that fitting) will also be useful -- great for a pork chop or two, or an English muffin pizza, or a grilled cheese sandwich, as well as for making a divided batch of cakes or cookies, too, with half destined immediately for the freezer. We all tend to go for big, but small can be really wonderful, too.
