Hard to remove wrinkles and damaged

My comforter and pillow cases were nice for simple inexpensive bedding. However, the comforter arrived damaged. The stitching was not complete to one of the corners. I have to return the set to the store. Also, the set was vacuum sealed to the point I thought I had received sheets! The wrinkles would be impossible to iron out!
