Researched product before ordering and everything was as advertised. I am slowly starting with short 5 - 10 min. Sessions at lower level vibration 1-2 because I have had multiple sclerosis for 53 years and have balance problems. So far I am pleased but it is too early to tell if I will get the results I desire. Along with balance I am also working on greater muscle tone and increased strength in core and arm/legs. Product came quicker than expected and was well packaged.

Product is heavy but sturdy and is well worth the low cost. This platform works for indoor exercising and keeping fit indoors. The different model I saw on TV costs too much and doesn't look has heavy duty as this one. It is easy to use for daily exercise.
