    Extremely effective!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've suffered from heartburn & reflux for years relying on chalky OTC chewables. Every few hours I'd have to pop a couple more. Tagamet has given me the long lasting relief I need to get through work & more importantly be able to sleep without waking up with acid rising in my throat.
