Good basic product - some minor materials flaws

Overall this is a good product, well thought-out design, of high-quality materials. I got shorted one screw and received two left-handed brackets to brace the TV rather than one left- and one right-handed one. This cost me a trip to the hardware store, but once these parts were replaced the stand came together and has been working fine.
