Worst online buying experience of my life

The seller is deceitful and incompetent. They printed a label without shipping the item so the order couldn't be cancelled. When I inquired they then said USPS lost the package, when it was never dropped off for two weeks. I then had to call Walmart customer service to get the order cancelled, and AFTER the order was cancelled they shipped the order and I was charged. They also shipped the wrong item when they finally shipped. Then I was denied a refund by Walmart because their internal communication doesn't exist. Will not be using Walmart again, let alone this seller. The purchase was time sensitive because it was part of a quilt for a family member with cancer.
