It arrived BROKEN!!! Or was previously used. Scratches all over it, paint marks on it from the side of a pool. Rubber wheel is broken!!!!! And I still haven't heard back from Walmart about returning it!!!!!!! Will be calling back Monday October 21st for the FOURTH TIME!!!!!!!! They better get this resolved
