My mattress was delivered to the wrong address so I'm out almost $400 and waiting on 3Z to contact me back after one week. I like how unprofessional Walmart was to say we have sent an email to 3Z and now it's your responsibility to reach out to them if they don't call you back or follow up from Walmart's email to them. I am not impressed Walmart and I will not be renewing my Walmart Plus subscription as a result. Don't do business with companies when you are unwilling to support your buyer after something goes wrong. I'm livid!
