Awesome customer service

There was an issue with my order during shipment. Neither shipping company was helpful so I contacted RTIC customer support to ask if they could help me. They responded quickly and were willing to refund/reship my items. The missing order was eventually found but I will forever recommend RTIC simply because Ashlee with customer service was quick to respond and willing to help! Great customer service and great products.

15 can perfect!

The 15 can soft side is similar in outside dimensions to the 8 can soft pack. The inside is where you gain the volume. I wanted something a little lighter to use as a lunch box and would also fit my 6 cup rectangle pyrex dish flat rather than on an angle. This is perfect! I can put an ice pack flat on the bottom, set my dish on it and have plenty of room for drinks, etc. above.
