Wonderful Regional Fast/Comfort Food

Skyline is a famous fast food franchise in Ohio. Put the hot chili on top of spaghetti noodles then cover it and shredded cheese eat it with red hot sauce and oyster crackers. Many people add minced onion and/or beans. It also makes a great chili cheese dog. The product is very thin and does require some simmering to thicken it a bit.

Skyline Cincinnati Chili is simply the best, but you gotta know what you're getting. This isn't your standard chili recipe by any means. Finely ground beef spiced with chili and a touch of cinnamon and chocolate. I grew up visiting the chili parlors in Cincinnati, and this takes me back to some great childhood memories. I really like that this package comes with the spaghetti.
