never even knew there was such a thing as melting chocolate, found this and it melts beautifully! i made homeade peanut butter cups and this worked out great! it hardens up pretty quick once you dip whatever your using it for. the only thing i don't like is it doesn't really have a taste to it. not a deal breaker but i wish it tasted like chocolate instead of nothing! i will continue to use it because it's much easier than melting chocolate chips and then hoping they harden up enough to handle. someone told me to mix chocolate chips and the melting chocolate to see how that works, I'll be trying that next time! fingers crossed it has more of a chocolate taste to it!

These wafers melt in less than a minute. The consistency is smooth. This tastes like a high quality chocolate with no fillers or aftertaste. It is the only product I will use for dipped strawberries, cookies, etc. I usually freeze a cookie sheet, cover it with parchment paper, and place my freshly dipped items right back into the freezer to set up quickly.
