This is described as a jute rug, so I'm not sure about washing it even though it says it's washable. We'll see. I have dogs and I use it in the hallway by their water bowl, so I hope it is washable. It's a good length and the backing is non slip. it still moves some...not completely non slip. The colors are as described and it doesn't show dirt, so that's a plus!
