The chocolate is made Bean to Bar at source in Peru, which allows us to use newly harvested cocoa beans - we can lock in the flavor than shipping the beans half way round the world and having them age and deteriorate before getting processed into chocolate.

The cocoa in this bar was grown by UTZ certified farmers who implement better farming practices, with respect to people and the planet.
