DO NOT buy-- wrong measurement, damaged

This could not have been a worse purchase, good thing it was cheap. I have to throw this away because the "inches" are wildly inaccurate (see comparison photo). It arrived late, dirty/damaged in its wrapper, and white instead of colored like the photo.
