I've been using Ashwagandha for years now. Read this was supposed to help with thinning hair. In the last six months, I've noticed new hair growth. Don't know if this is partly responsible for it, or it's the other seven or eight products I'm using, or a combination of all of them, but I'm not going to stop using it, just in case this is at least part of the answer!

Men, Please Incorporate the Ashwagandha

I decided that I was tired of forking out so much money for the Bucked Up RUT testosterone booster for my husband. I looked at the individual ingredients and found Ashwagandha was listed at 750mg, so I looked for my options through Walmart. I've had a lot of positive experiences with the Amazing Formulas brand in the past and present; I figured I'd take my chances. The capsules are easy to swallow and have an earthy root type of smell like in herbal tea mixtures. I have not had this supplement long, but I am looking forward to the positive maintenance for my husband.
