Flavorsome and healthy!

This is the only Jasmine Brown Rice in a microwaveable pouch I have been able to find. I prefer the higher fiber brown rice, and the jasmine flavor is an additional benefit. It can be used as an ingredient in fried rice or as an accompaniment with almost any protein. I was happy to find this at Wal-Mart! Thanks for stocking this in your stores.

Brown rice is nutritionally better with more taste

To compensate for the usual nutritious shortcomings of long shelf life packets of heatable rice, if nutrition and higher fiber is also important, I buy brown rice instead of white rice. Much of the nutrition is diminished in the process of achieving white colored rice. However, it may take a minute or so longer for tender results. I add a bit of extra virgin olive oil or your favorite butter or cookable butter spread to add more moisture for tenderer rice. Also, brown rice renders a slight nuttier, more flavorable taste
