Still holds position

I have had this light for over 6 months. My concern was how long the adjustable neck would last - holding the position that I set it. It's still going strong! I use it next to my sewing machines and often move the base and/or the neck to reposition it, depending on what I am sewing. I just wish the switch was on the base as I have to reach behind my sewing machine to turn it on or off as needed. I also like the the base area is small and doesn't get in the way or get moved by the project as I work.

Perfect light for desks

There were no size indications pre-purchasing this Ott light..so I was disappointed when I received it as it was smaller than desired. However, it turned out to be PERFECT size for my grandsons desk AND illumination is AWESOME! He loves it, I love it, it is an amazing and powerful light!!!!
