This MARY KITCHEN Corned Beef Hash reminds me of mom's homemade from St Paddy's Day leftovers. It has the right amount of salt and taste so good. It browns up nicely to give a nice little crunch, or you can just cook it until it's hot. It goes great with eggs for breakfast or as a snack and can be a really nice protein packed side to any meal.

When my children were growing up, we always called it WHO HASH from Dr. Suess. I put the whole can in a medium skillet and in another skillet a saute' sliced zucchini, onion and garlic in a little olive oil. If we are really hungry I'll serve it with scrambled eggs and toast. Great brunch!

I have tried all the brands of canned hash and this one by far is the best. Others are very greasy and will not cook to a good crisp. Mary's Kitchen, however, has the right amount of grease to get crispy without burning. The flavor is great and the quality is great.
