Buy this pen ELSEWHERE.

I'm sure the quality of this pen is far above the norm. However, Walmart shipped me this pen with no ink cartridge. IT WON'T WRITE AT ALL UPON RECEIPT IF IT DOESN'T HAVE INK IN IT. If you are going to buy a quality Waterman Pin do NOT purchase it at Walmart because you won't be able to write with it unless you spend another ten dollars ($10.00) on a refill. This was supposed to be a gift so now I don't have time to reorder/replace. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AT WALMANT!!!!
