Suprised the heck outta me
I am honestly surprised by these. I didn't have high expectations because I've tried biotin in the past but over the past couple weeks I've been trying these out and noticed today that my nails are long and strong. I will definitely continue using them.

A tasty and nourishing gummy
I really liked this vitamin because it not only tasted natural but it also started very quickly making a difference in my nails and skin quality. I was worried initially about the artificial taste but it really tasted delicious and I'm very happy with this product overall.
