Bought the Xl for my dog, and the neck opening was much too small. Measured again, and noticed the Measuring Chart provided when you select XL is not the same measurements when you select XXL. Is the Xxl 19” or 22”?! Pretty big difference. Going to try the XXL, because it was good quality. Here's hoping it fits, will follow up!
