Horrible!!!

This is not about the tires, rather than the issues Ive had with the website. I had to order the tires four times and they never got them right. And in all cases customer services was completley clueless as to what is happening and what needs to be done.

Walmart online shopping is the worst

I ordered Kumho 295/75/22.5 size tire Walmart shipped me Blackhawk 275/70/22.5 size tire wich is completely useless to me . This is my second order in a row that they sent me wrong merchandise . I have to spent another 3 hours in my local Walmart to deal with out of touch customer service. If you dot have the right stuff just cancel the order why are punishing your customers twice by sending the wrong stuff and make them go to the store to returned it ?

Three times I ordered tires from Walmart online, three times they delivered wrong tires. This is big tires for semi truck. I loose my time when I waited that tires.. When I try return tires, I had a big problem. No more buy from Walmart online.
