I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how easy it was to put this bed together. The instructions are simple, and it helps if you lay all the pieces out first. It took me an hour to put it all together, but given that I had a toddler running around while assembling it, it would have taken me way less time. The only thing I had a hard time with was when one of the wooden slats was not aligning with the center of the supporting legs….. but with enough patience, and muscle power, I managed to jimmy it into place. One person can build this alone, with minimal building skills. It also helps that it comes with all the tools you'll need to actually build it. The lights were also really easy to install, and looks great, with all the color modes. Honestly this was a great purchase, and it was way more economical than most beds on the market.
