Beautiful shine but not for kids touching.

Party Shine spray is amazing. After 10 days balloons are still inflated and shiny, looking freshly inflated. I highly recommend it if balloons are for adult festivity. However, not for a children's party; balloons sprayed with Party Shine are filmed with a sticky and oily to the touch stuff. The precaution instructions on the bottle say it is safe for kids but I didn't like that so I did not use it because my balloons were going to be for a kid's birthday party.
