This rack is very good and it is pretty stable. It adjusts pretty easily. I highly recommend this rack because it is fairly priced for most of the other racks that are way over $100. It gets the job done and is very useful for people that like benching heavier weight.

This equipment was packaged well and was easy to assemble. It is very convenient with the different adjustments and sturdy. I was concerned about how sturdy it would be due to the adjustments but it does the job. I like that I can make several adjustments as I was concerned about the height of the room I'm putting it in. It is a great deal for the price, easy to move if needed, and easy to clean. I recommend it to others.
