Great as a gealth supplement especially when or if I don't feel up to cooking or its too late to cook. Drs wanted me to gain wt and I have put on 8-lbs which puts me iver the wt chart for my height I will also drink one of these when I have not consumed a good amt of daily calories and need to take meds. I will never take meds on an empty stomach unless instructed to do so, and I only have 1 med with that instruction with it being my First in the morning..

I am a diabetic and found this to be a life saver when I am having problems of being short what I need in an emergency. It is great cold and is a treat...although it is not treat food. It is a quick fix of needed protein plus if you are crashing...might check with your medical doctor before making this part of your menu plan.

Pretty good tasting and are good for when you're in a rush but need the nutrition. My dad was going through cancer treatment and I would get them for him to make sure he was getting enough nutrition when he was having trouble eating.
