Sealy had excellent customer service. Not walmart

We ordered this mattress and left it alone to finish blowing up to a queen size bed. After 24 hours we still had a major dent in it. I called walmart and was told to put the mattress back in the box (not possible) and I got the same response from fedex. I finally called Sealy with the 800 number they gave on the box. 2 days later they shipped up a brand new matress and told us to throw away or donate the old one. While I wasn't happy with the first damaged one, I was really impressed with the customer service and the way they guaranteed their product and how they responded with a new mattress.
