Works great for hot and cold

It's good for a puffy face! The liquid did kind of slide to the side as it melted. Probably best to freeze it too get max effect. Works really great as an ice mask or heating mask. Very comfortable to wear and keep on while sitting upright due to the Velcro highly recommend.

Deeply cleans pores and draws out gunk like blackheads with heating formula , while the cold masks soothes , hydrates and refreshes the tired skin with cooling gel making the skin feel soft and reutralized

Really like how the how is watm as you put it on and then the cold is cool on the skin. Nice mask for touching up your skin in between facials. My skin appeared smoother and clearer after using this product !
